How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. Processing can take 1-2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timeframe range between 3-7 business days, depending on your shipping address entered at the time of placing your order.

I just placed an order but want to cancel my order, can I?

Once an order is placed it can be cancelled within the first 24 hours from the time the order was placed. A full refund will be provided.

Why was I refunded for an item I ordered?

To ensure that your order is processed and shipped in a timely manner, we automatically process a refund for items no longer in stock. At times multiple orders come in while the same item can be in a cart simultaneously. Depending on how long one takes to checkout, the system will generate the item to the order first received. We will continue to fulfill and ship the remaining items of your order (if applicable). 

I received the incorrect item/size. What do I do?

If you received an incorrect or damaged item please contact us at (310) 371-0770 immediately to get a replacement sent out to you. We will send you a shipping label to have the faulty or incorrect item shipped back. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days after receipt to inform us that you received an incorrect or faulty item and return the incorrect or damaged item within 7 days.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we no longer offer curbside pick-up but hope to bring it back in the future.

What is the best way to contact you guys?

The best way to contact us is by phone at (310) 371-0770 Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00am - 6:30pm PST. 

I received my tracking number but when tracking my order days later, the site says that the label has only been created. What does this mean?

This can mean a couple of things: 1) your order has been processed and a label has been generated for it to be shipped, or 2) your order is in the carriers possession and not yet scanned into their system.
