Shipping + Handling

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm PST. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. We do not ship on Sundays and/or holidays. If you place your order after hours, on a Sunday, or on a holiday, your order will be processed the following business day. Please note our warehouse is closed on Sundays and holidays. Shipping timeframe ranges between 1-10 business days, depending on the zip code entered and delivery service selected. 


Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided to you via email. Please note once packages are in the courier's possession, we are not responsible for any orders that show “DELIVERED”. All packages come with insurance up to $100. If your package is lost or damaged (such as broken or torn packaging, for example) the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the courier.
